The Davos Cabinet
Access

Four tiers. One standard of execution.

We accept a limited number of engagements per tier each year. All begin with an application.

The Davos Cabinet is not affiliated with nor endorsed by the World Economic Forum.

Each tier is designed to deliver a different depth of the same designed week. The Observer is the entry. The Delegation is the apex. Every tier closes with an application because the calendar is finite and the discipline is the work.

The events, receptions, lunches, and dinners described here form an independent programme that The Davos Cabinet organises and hosts during Davos week, alongside accommodation, transport, and concierge support. They are arranged independently and are not part of the official Annual Meeting programme, and they do not include access to the official Annual Meeting, its sessions, or its delegates.

On Secure Hotel Badge facilitation

Each participant is required to undergo a background verification by the Swiss police before a Secure Hotel Badge is issued. Our team manages the verification submission, documentation, and timing on your behalf so the process is invisible to you.

Allocation and timing

Phase-based, partner-coordinated, finite.

Engagement is released in phases throughout the year in coordination with our partner venues. Early confirmations receive priority on venue placement, curated introductions within our network, accommodation, and scheduling across the week. Closer to Davos week, availability becomes increasingly limited by security capacity, venue restrictions, and partner allocation timelines. Certain engagement levels close earlier than others. We accept a small number of clients per tier each year to keep the calendar honest.

Common questions

Tiers and planning

What are the levels or tiers of Davos access?

The Davos Cabinet structures participation in four tiers, from an entry tier covering the Secure Hotel Badge and our core programme up to a full-delegation tier with a dedicated team, private dinners we host, and bespoke introductions within our network. Each tier builds on the one below it. Full details are on our tiers page.

When should you start planning for Davos?

The earlier the better. Secured-zone hotel inventory, private event allocations, and verification windows all tighten as January approaches, and the most limited access sells first. Planning for the January 2027 meeting is best begun in the preceding spring or summer.

How much does it cost to attend Davos?

Costs vary widely depending on the level of access, the accommodation, and the scope of programming and introductions involved. The Davos Cabinet works across several participation tiers to match different objectives. We share specific pricing during a direct conversation.
